Description

  • Support delivery of a 220-unit ground-up podium multifamily project
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior PM and on-site project team
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and documentation
  • Assist with procurement, contract administration, and reporting
  • Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are met

Profile

A successful Charlotte Multi-Family APM/PM should have:

  • Experience as a Project Manager or seasoned Assistant PM
  • Background in multifamily or large commercial construction
  • Comfortable working on-site in Spartanburg (or commuting from Charlotte 2x/week)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Motivated to grow within an expanding regional team

Job Offer

$85,000 - $120,000 base salary (depending on level)

  • Bonus tied to project, individual, and company performance
