• Be the first responder for all troubleshooting activities at the ACCRA presses • Monitor, maintain and improve all systems related to the ACCRA process • Collaborate with engineering, production and maintenance staff to eliminate downtime and increase throughput • Troubleshoot and repair various types of electrical controls, drives, die electrical problems, hydraulic issues, robot paths, etc. • Assist tool and die in the troubleshooting and repair of the ACCRA dies • Track and effectively communicate machine issues to other shifts, maintenance and engineering • Use laptop and various software programs and network interfaces to communicate with equipment • Read and troubleshoot PLC programs • Collaborate with technical staff on improving HMI & robot programs • Supervise and assist production on all press changeovers • Perform preventative maintenance requirements as scheduled and assigned • Schedule time, materials and equipment required to perform tasks, and to properly use and complete required documentation • Understand part print requirements, assist ACCRA Tech with understanding and reacting to quality related issues • Lead and maintain 5S standards • Support of Production as and when required • Assist in keeping a spare parts inventory • Additional responsibilities may be added when necessary
