Our client is seeking a skilled Multi -Craft Maintenance Technician<\/b> to support a high -volume manufacturing facility operating 24/7. This role is critical to ensuring maximum equipment uptime through effective troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Role Overview<\/b>
<\/h3>

As a Multi -Craft Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a subject matter expert within a designated production area. You will diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime, while also performing scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
<\/p>

This position requires flexibility to work day or rotating shifts in a continuous operation environment.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>
  • Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Partner with engineering teams to install, test, and commission new equipment
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on manufacturing systems
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain and document work activities in a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Service equipment including conveyors, pipeline systems, and industrial processing machinery
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Diagnose and repair PLC -controlled systems and industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Troubleshoot AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Calibrate instrumentation including flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Inspect components for wear or damage and perform equipment rebuilds as needed
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Operate tools and equipment such as hoists, lifts, grinders, welding tools, and diagnostic devices
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Observe and test running equipment to ensure proper functionality
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Required Qualifications<\/b>
    <\/h3>
    • Strong multi -craft experience across electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Hands -on experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience working with CMMS systems for maintenance tracking
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Willingness to work day or rotating shifts<\/b> in a 24/7 operation
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred Qualifications<\/b>
      <\/h3>
      • Familiarity with automation systems and distributed control systems (DCS)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience with rotating equipment, gearboxes, bearings, and conveying systems
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience using advanced diagnostic and testing equipment
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Education & Experience<\/b>
        <\/h3>
        • <\/p>

          Associate’s degree in Electronics, General Technology, Robotics, or a related field and<\/b> at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
          <\/div>
          OR<\/b>
          <\/div>

          <\/p><\/li>

          <\/p>

          Completion of a formal apprenticeship program and<\/b> at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
          <\/div>
          OR<\/b>
          <\/div>

          <\/p><\/li>

          Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
