Help produce tightly toleranced medical instruments and implants by running and setting up CNC mill-turn machines. Keep production flowing, quality high, and documentation accurate.
Impact Areas
- Operations: Independently run multiple CNC mill-turn platforms
- Setup: Complete setups for new/recurring jobs, set tooling for all machine types in your zone
- Change Management: Perform tool changes, change-overs, and tool size changes with minimal downtime
- Quality: Inspect parts using appropriate tools and equipment; apply advanced print reading and GD&T
- Finishing: Deburr parts to meet medical-grade standards
- Equipment Care: Execute daily preventive maintenance independently
- Documentation: Accurately complete job traveler, I.P. sheets, and maintain the First Piece Log
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation
- Advanced blueprint reading capability
- Deep familiarity with GD&T principles
- Demonstrated CNC setup experience
- Team-first attitude and communication skills
