    If you thrive on accuracy and ownership, this Livermore, CA role puts you in control of parts that must be right the first time. We’re adding team members on 1st and 2nd shift to run and set up Horizontal Mills, Vertical Mills, CNC Lathes, and Mill-Turn Lathes.

    Pay is calibrated to your experience level, the complexity of the work you can set up, and the range of equipment you can confidently operate. While there are no programming openings right now, exposure to programming and CNC software interpretation will help you succeed.

    Ask yourself:

    • Can you choose the right fixtures, attachments, and cutting tools from a spec sheet—and mount them correctly before the first cut?
    • Do you collaborate smoothly with engineers and supervisors, and speak up when a print or plan needs to change?
    • Are you confident dialing in speeds, feeds, tooling, and cutting approach to hit precision targets?
    • Will you watch the process like a hawk, making adjustments mid-run to stop errors before they multiply?
    • Do you respect warm-up and cool-down cycles, monitor temperatures, and manage coolant changes on schedule?
    • Can you interpret cutting plans, load them at the control, and make safe corrections when something’s off?
    • Will you inspect every finished piece for accuracy and uniformity to protect our quality reputation?
    • Are you diligent with maintenance—daily, weekly, and monthly—covering lubrication, cleaning, and tool replacement?

    Minimum qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2+ years operating CNC machines.
    • Comfort using tools and performing routine machine maintenance.
    • Familiarity with programming concepts and CNC software interpretation.

    Preferred profile

    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
    • Strong commitment to precision and quality standards.
    • Ability to understand G-code.
