The Role
Join our dynamic team as an MSP Support Technician II, where you'll be in charge of escalations from our helpdesk team members and provide advanced technical support to our valued MSP clients.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot advanced hardware/software issues (drivers, application errors, Windows updates).
Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure (user groups, security policies, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and VPN connections.
Support Active Directory, GPOs, and Windows Server administration.
Work with backup solutions (Datto, Veeam) and assist with data recovery.
Support cloud-based and virtual desktop environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix).
Create documentation and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
Train and mentor L1 technicians.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years in an MSP or IT support role.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Windows troubleshooting (Event Viewer, registry edits).
Microsoft 365 & Azure administration (Exchange, Intune, Conditional Access).
Networking fundamentals (firewalls, VLANs, SD-WAN, DNS troubleshooting).
PowerShell scripting (basic automation tasks).
Experience with RMM tools (NinjaRMM, Datto RMM, Kaseya, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Ability to manage multiple escalations and high-pressure issues.
Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+ or CCNA
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
