Position Summary: 100% ONSITE (7AM-4PM)
The MSP Supplier Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operational support and delivery of ensuring assigned contingent workforce programs success.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for staffing suppliers, ensures contractor onboarding and program compliance, and supports flawless service delivery aligned with client Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to retain and manage large volumes of information, and the capacity to effectively prioritize and execute across multiple concurrent tasks without sacrificing accuracy or service quality.
The individual must be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable enforcing process and policy in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Client Support
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for staffing suppliers supporting assigned MSP programs.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding communication process for all contingent workers, ensuring completion within customer-required timelines and adherence to all compliance requirements.
  • Ensure program execution aligns with SearchPros' contractual obligations, including MSA terms and client-specific policies.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all program-related inquiries from internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
  • Produce and distribute program reports, metrics, and ad hoc data as requested by customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver a consistent 5 Star Customer Service experience across all program interactions.

Supplier Management & Governance
  • Build and maintain professional, compliant relationships with approved staffing suppliers.
  • Enforce all customer-specific policies, timelines, deadlines, workflows, and MSP program requirements as outlined in the Vendor Program Guide.
  • Monitor supplier performance related to:
    • SLAs and KPI's
    • Timeliness and quality of onboarding
    • Compliance to program rules and documentation
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate supplier performance, compliance, or policy issues to internal leadership and supplier management.
  • Support issue resolution related to contractor performance, onboarding delays, or process breakdowns.
  • Deliver VMS system training to supplier end users to ensure proper usage and workflow adherence.

Performance & Production Expectations
  • Successfully onboard new contractors within customer-defined SLAs.
  • Maintain high accuracy and completeness in contractor records and compliance documentation.
  • Respond to program inquiries efficiently while meeting internal and client turnaround expectations.
  • Demonstrate strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through in a multi-program environment.
  • Consistently uphold SearchPros' service standards and client satisfaction expectations.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a professional services or staffing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven MSP or staffing environment.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Technically comfortable and quick to learn new systems (VMS experience a strong plus).

Education & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in:
    • Staffing
    • MSP
    • Vendor management
    • Human resources or workforce operations
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of relevant professional experience.

Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) or Credit Screenings if Required by Client.
