for many guests both near and far. POSITION PURPOSE:To serve food and
beverages in a professional and sanitary manner to ensure superior guest
satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS: Responsible for complete guest satisfaction at all times.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner. Maintain
stock of glassware, silverware and plates. Maintain condition and
cleanliness of work area. Maintain communication between servers and
kitchen associates. Assist servers with guest requests. Perform any
general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as
assigned to adhere to health standards. Perform other duties as assigned
per Manager. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Ability to carry a food tray.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Must possess a basic
knowledge of wine and spirits. Must have friendly and pleasant attitude
towards guests as well as co-workers. Ability to multi-task. Prior
restaurant experience required. Must adhere to. Local 122 union
collective bargaining agreement rules with the change to join the union
