Job Description:The VP, Portfolio Operations, AI will play a key role in driving AI-enabled value creation across the firm's portfolio companies. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies, and developing strategies leveraging AI/GenAI to enhance the company's performance. Partnering closely with the portfolio company’s leadership team, and other leaders within Portfolio Ownership, the VP will assess how emerging AI technologies can be leveraged to automate workflows, optimize decision-making, and unlock new growth opportunities. This role requires a strategic, data-driven leader, with a strong understanding of AI applications and business transformation, as well as the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions that maximize enterprise value.

Interfaces with:This role will report directly to the Managing Director while collaborating closely with other leaders across the firm (both in the portfolio operations team and investors) in addition to senior leadership across portfolio companies to drive technology adoption efforts.
