As a Member Services Advisor, RCC, a typical day will include:

  • Providing customer service and support for The Ritz-Carlton Club

  • Processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, mail, internet request, or in person.

  • Assisting members with their reservation and informational needs.

  • Checking reservation availability and finding alternate dates or accommodations if needed.

  • Verifying reservation and account details to ensure accuracy.

  • Assisting members by resolving complaints and/or reservation errors professionally and politely to ensure effective resolutions and customer satisfaction.

  • Assisting Members with additional vacation ownership usage options.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

  • Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally, responding promptly to requests in a professional and positive manner.

  • Supports team to reach common goals and ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and follows company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Member Services Advisor, RCC at MVW:

  • Must have availability to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

  • Must be able to stand or sit, for an extended period of time.

  • Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.

  • Position may require background and/or drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
