Join Our Team as an MS/Tele Registered Nurse Make a Difference in Patient Care!
We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional nursing care on a specialized rehabilitation floor, caring for patients with brain injuries, stroke, and trauma. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes and support their journey to recovery in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Required Skills:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in your state.
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips accurately.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (4x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30).
- Flexibility to float as needed and work on an alternating schedule.
- Experience or familiarity with neuro/rehab units is preferred.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Nursing experience in rehabilitation, neurology, or trauma units.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification or experience.
- Ability to adapt to evolving patient care needs and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of best practices in telemetry monitoring and trauma care.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent RN experience in a comparable setting.
Other Requirements:
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts (every other holiday).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compliant with all licensure, certification, and travel reimbursement policies as applicable.
