MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) Exciting Opportunity in Rehab Setting

Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips accurately
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in patient monitoring and care planning
- Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and trauma care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Nice to Have Skills:
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification or experience
- Prior experience in neuro or rehab nursing
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or CCU experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in acute or rehab settings, preferably with neuro, trauma, or stroke patients
Other Requirements:
- Weekend work required; every other holiday schedule
- Flexibility to float as needed
- Ability to work 4x12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:30)
- Must be able to work alternating 3x12s or straight 4x12s schedules
- Compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and compliance requirements
