Join Our Healthcare Team as an MS/Tele CNA / Nurse Assistant!

Required Skills:
- Valid Louisiana Driver's License/ID Card
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Current CPI (Crisis Prevention & Intervention) certification
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15) with weekend coverage on an alternating basis
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
- Trackable work history with no cancellations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working in emergency or crisis response teams
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and emergency procedures
- Additional certifications related to patient safety or specialized care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant CNA certification (must apply for LA CNA certification within 72 hours of booking) and current licensure to practice in Louisiana
Other Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with emergency event assignments and potential relief team involvement
- Willingness to participate in the hospitals robust referral bonus program and adhere to all pay and work policies
- No first-time travelers; candidates should have verifiable work history and no prior cancellations
