Title: MS Teams Engineer

We are seeking a highly technical Client Teams Engineer with expertise in enterprise collaboration platforms, Client 365 tenant migrations, and M&A integration projects. This role involves administering Client Teams, Client Teams Rooms, Zoom, and Webex, while designing and engineering scalable collaboration solutions across the Office 365 ecosystem. The successful candidate will leverage PowerShell automation, Entra directory services, and Intune/Endpoint Manager to ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence in an SLA-driven environment.

Primary responsibilities include:
Conference room deployments
Day-to-day support and room readiness
Ensuring rooms are properly configured and operational
Team supports approximately 1,800 conference rooms across the environment.
Work involves coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders, with vendors actively utilizing the rooms.
Emphasis is placed on process, operational readiness, and attention to detail due to the visibility and usage of the conference rooms

- 5+ years of Client Teams and Client 365 administration experience.
- Advanced **PowerShell scripting skills for automation and large-scale administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Entra Active Directory, conditional access, and role-based access control.
- Experience configuring and managing Client Intune/Endpoint Manager.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with tools like Fiddler, Wireshark, and Client CQD.
- Expertise in collaboration security, governance, and compliance policies.
- Client certifications such as MS-700 (Teams Administrator Associate) and MS-720 (Teams Voice Engineer Expert) highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, Client configurations, and enterprise call flows is required.
