MS Power Automate / RPA Architect
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)
Fulltime – Salary $140K PA (Don't stop profiles on salary)

Experience: 8–12 years (4–6+ years on Power Platform)

Role Summary
Power Automate Architect responsible for designing and delivering enterprise grade automations.
The role focuses on solution architecture, integrations, governance, and production readiness, working closely with US client business and technology stakeholders.
BPM knowledge would be invaluable as the person need to understand Appian processes etc.

Key Responsibilities (Technical)
  • Design end to end Power Automate cloud flow architectures for policy rewrite and servicing workflows.
  • Define orchestration patterns, retries, timeouts, exception handling, and compensation logic.
  • Architect integrations using standard/premium connectors, REST APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Establish ALM strategy (environments, deployments, configuration management).
  • Define security and governance: DLP policies, connector strategy, secrets/credentials handling.
  • Ensure operational readiness: logging, monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and support model.
  • Review and guide development teams to ensure scalability, performance, and resiliency.
