CRM Functional Analyst Onshore
Relevant Experience (Yrs) BA with 8+ years of career reflecting strong qualifications in Consulting and Enterprise CRM Functional Modules

Technical/Functional Skills
•Excellent Communication &presentation skills
•Experience of end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, application developments and support
•Worked on large CRM transformation from discovery to design to go-live.
•Worked closely with customer teams on qualifying requirements, working with Dev teams on sprint completions and ensuring QA
•Deep eateries in Dynamics CRM functional area on Sales/Services domains.
•Knowledge and Skills in the D365 Customer Insights services.
•Worked on detailed gap analysis and requirement and worked in Client Dynamics CRM Online. Involved in various project activities like
oDiscovery, process mapping and CRP/design/Demo lead workshops with business stakeholders
oRequirement Gathering
oGap Fit Analysis
•Should have a good understanding of Core CRM Processes, Copilot capabilities in M365/D365
•D365 CRM security model, product roadmap & certification (preferable)
