MRI Technician

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent, specialty-specific MRI experience
- ARRT certification in MRI
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and ensuring patient safety
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume clinical environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced MRI imaging techniques
- Knowledge of PACS and electronic medical records systems
- Ability to assist in patient positioning and preparation
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging center
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with MRI certification
- At least 2 years experience working in a specialized MRI setting
- Prior experience during recent clinical practice preferred
Other Requirements:
- Schedule: 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Wednesday
- Some call participation may be required
- No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
- Coverage for licensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursements when applicable
- 13-week assignment with potential for extension
