Position Details:

• Facility: BayCare Health System, MRI-South Florida Baptist Hospital
• Location: Plant City, FL
• Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
• Shift Hours: Days
• Shift: Shift 1, Days
• Weekend Work: Occasional
• On Call: Yes

MRI Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Performs diagnostic magnetic resonance (MR) procedures.
• Responsible for coordinating all workflow related to imaging patient care, radiology Information System (RIS) data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation
• other related duties as necessary.
• Coordinates and adjusts the staffing schedule to meet departmental and regulatory needs.

Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) - Relevant Specialty; Or - ARMRIT (MRI)
• State of FL Radiology License
• Technical Diploma (Radiology) OR Associates Degree - Radiology
• 2 years Radiology/ MRI experience
