MPS Process Specialist

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time MPS Process Specialist in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Dearborn, MI.

Summary: The Managed Print Services (MPS) Process Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the customer, management, and team leadership. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing all activities related to MPS inventory management, with a strong focus on the creation and processing of asset change orders across the United States. This position operates during standard business hours to ensure seamless communication and workflow alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process asset Change Orders received from customer in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain comprehensive and up to date records within internal databases and web-based applications
• Manage and update the Change Order Tracker to support operational visibility
• Participate in or lead weekly meetings internally and with the customer
• Maintain and update all related process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance
• Provide reporting on program specific requirements, including SLA performance and key operational metrics
• Support special projects assigned by Team Management or Team Leads
