The first person hired into this position will have the opportunity to work directly with ownership and be first in line for future Sales Manager opportunities as the company expands.


POSITION OVERVIEW

This position begins with a paid 30-day training program.

During training, you will learn our sales process, pricing structure, customer consultation process, CRM systems, and moving industry fundamentals while working directly with company leadership.


Upon successful completion of training, representatives transition into a commission-based compensation structure with significantly higher earning potential.


You will be provided with qualified leads generated through our marketing systems, appointment setters, and customer service team.


Your role is to build trust, educate customers, provide accurate estimates, and help customers confidently move forward with our services.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct phone consultations with prospective customers
  • Follow up with incoming leads
  • Schedule and conduct in-home walkthrough appointments
  • Prepare moving estimates and proposals
  • Build relationships with homeowners and business owners
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Assist in building sales systems and processes

  • $20/hour base pay during training only
  • 3%-5% commission on closed sales during training

Monthly Sales Goal:

$20,000-$50,000+

Potential Income During Training:

$3,000-$5,000+ per month

Goal:

Develop confidence in customer communication, estimating, and closing smaller opportunities while preparing for promotion to Moving Consultant.


PHASE 2: MOVING CONSULTANT (30-90 DAYS)

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based
  • 6%-10% commission on closed sales

Typical Job Size:

  • $2,000-$5,000 local moves
  • Residential moves
  • Small commercial moves

Monthly Sales Goal:

$50,000-$100,000+

Potential Income:

$5,000-$10,000+ per month

Goal:

Become fully independent and consistently close local moving opportunities.


PHASE 3: SENIOR MOVING CONSULTANT (3-6 MONTHS)

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based
  • 6%-10% commission on closed sales

Typical Job Size:

  • $5,000-$20,000+ moves
  • Long-distance moves
  • Commercial projects

Monthly Sales Goal:

$100,000-$200,000+

Potential Income:

$10,000-$15,000+ per month

PHASE 4: SALES MANAGER (6-12 MONTHS)
