You'll manage resident move-ins, coordinate scheduling and paperwork, and prepare units for new residents. Conduct orientations, provide welcome packets, and assign mentors to ensure a warm onboarding experience.

Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and internal teams, and follow up post-move to ensure satisfaction. Handle administrative tasks like record-keeping and coordinating welcome gifts, and participate in community outreach events.

Requirements include at least one year of customer service or hospitality experience, strong organization and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and the ability to work independently or in teams.
