Description

Givens Estates is looking for a Move-in Coordinator to support the transition for new residents. In this role, you will support the remarketing process of residential units and coordinate all aspects of move- in logistics. This role will serve as the first impression and supporting the Givens Mission. The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

What youll do:

  • Support, schedule, and coordinate the renovation work by the timeline established by the Sales and operations team
  • Develop a remarket checklist for renovations required to put residence back in available rotation
  • Serve as the primary liaison for residents and families during the move-in and move-out process
  • Provide residents with resources for preferred moving partners
  • Communicate regularly with residents, families and internal teams to provide updates
  • Manage deposit and invoice process for customization charges, collect deposits, prepare invoices, and communicate billing policies
  • Work closely with facilities, Environmental services, and vendors to complete residences for occupancy

What youll need:

  • Valid NC Driver's License
  • Home inspector license (preferred)
  • General understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 (Annually) based on experience, and includes our comprehensive benefits package.
