We are seeking an experienced Motor Grader Operator for a construction project in Waco, TX.
- Operate motor graders to level surfaces, prepare roadbeds, and clear debris according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and safety standards.
- Read blueprints and understand construction plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain organized work areas.
- Maintain work logs and assist with material handling as needed.
Qualifications:- 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong safety knowledge, ability to work in varying conditions, and good communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work extended hours, and perform in outdoor environments.
