We are hiring a Motor Grader Operator (CMRB Crew) to support cement stabilization and roadway reclamation in Darlington, SC.
- Operate a Motor Grader to perform grading, shaping, and drainage for roadway projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and safety.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols, company policies, and work effectively in outdoor conditions.
- Assist with project tasks, maintain a clean work environment, and communicate effectively.
Qualifications include: experience operating a Motor Grader, understanding of grading and drainage, teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Flexibility to work overtime and pass background checks is required.
