Position Overview: Point of Use (POU) Replenishment Technician
This role manages the end-to-end inventory control and replenishment cycle for approximately
100 Point of Use (POU) supply cabinets distributed across multiple facilities. Working on a
structured five-day schedule.

(POU) Replenishment Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare orders, tracks, packs, unpacks, examines and ensure correction on shipments.
Prepares identifying information and counts.
Distribute received goods to all internal customers.
Routes all paperwork according to procedure and on timely basis.
Checks, verifies, loads, stocks, and pulls inventory to meet customer orders.
Performs daily inspections of appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including but not limited to lift gate, pallet jack and hand truck, radio frequency scanners and printers.
Operates warehouse machinery in accordance with established safety procedures as
needed to maintain the warehouse stock.
Verifies and completes required documentation and reports.
Complies with hazardous material regulations and procedures.
Assists in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment at all times.
Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures.
Assist with conducting Annual Physical Inventory as well as quarterly cycle counts.

Responsibilities
Drive growth of company.
Promote the entire line of company products and programs to our customers.
Work with Manager to develop plans to increase sales and proactively initiate, contact,
manage and develop leads.
Identify specific needs of customers and align solutions with company's offerings
Work with manufacturer's representatives to improve program offerings and grow customer knowledge of lines
Engage customers and keep them connected through company's support system.
Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including solving
customer problems, complaints and questions in person or by telephone

Qualifications:
Must be able to provide your own personal transportation to and from work and during work
hours.
Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years required.
Must possess acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to work in a drug-free atmosphere.
Must be able to work both independently and in a Team environment.
Must be able to have basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation,
communication with peers, supervisors and customers).
Must be able to read, understand written/verbal instructions, and communicate with other
team members.

Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or
equivalent combination of experience and education.
Previous experience in a distribution center and/or warehouse environment preferred.
Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the internet.
Ability to work with computer scanning equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and complete all required training.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently and without assistance.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to bend, twist, squat, climb, push and pull and move at a quick speed of pace
Standing or walking most of the day.
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse and outside in all weather conditions.
Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for the sales call,
managing the customer meeting, handling customer resistance, closing the sale and
account maintenance.
Capability to present information in group meetings.
