Job Title: Mortgage Servicing Manager - Escrow & Cash Operations

Job Location: Orlando, FL | Jacksonville, FL | Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $85-90,000 (annually) with an employee benefits package and possible bonus opportunity.

General Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Servicing Manager to lead escrow and cash operations within a high-volume servicing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily escrow activities, including analysis, adjustments, disbursements, and compliance, while also managing critical cash functions such as payment posting, suspense resolution, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all servicing workflows, while leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of mortgage servicing processes, and the ability to drive performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years of mortgage servicing experience with strong expertise in escrow operations and cash processing functions.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, workflow queues, and service level expectations in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations, investor guidelines, and escrow-related compliance requirements.
  • Experience overseeing payment processing, suspense accounts, reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coaching ability with a focus on team development and operational performance; MSP experience (preferred).
