Job Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $85-90,000 (annually) with an employee benefits package and possible bonus opportunity.

General Job Description: Our client is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Manager to lead customer service operations within a mortgage servicing environment, with a strong focus on escalations and cash-related processes. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound servicing interactions, resolving complex borrower issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining accuracy across payment and cash functions. The ideal candidate will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while partnering across departments to support end-to-end servicing activities.

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years of mortgage servicing experience with strong exposure to customer service operations and cash processing functions.
  • Proven experience handling escalated borrower issues and managing service quality in a high-volume call environment.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, suspense handling, and servicing-related financial transactions.
  • Knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations, compliance standards, and investor guidelines.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills with the ability to manage performance and productivity.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining service excellence; MSP experience (preferred).
