Mortgage Processor
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team! You'll play a critical role in the loan process, ensuring mortgage applications are complete, compliant, and ready for underwriting and closing.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify documents (income, credit reports, appraisals, etc.).
• Prepare and organize loan applications and file packages.
• Act as a liaison between applicants, loan officers, underwriters, and other parties.
• Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory policies.
• Manage deadlines to keep the process on track.
• Provide updates and maintain detailed documentation throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of loan processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
