Your Impact:- Drive revenue by converting prequalified inbound leads into closed loan applications.
- Provide personalized financial solutions for real estate investors and investment companies.
- Build rapport with repeat borrowers and warm leads through ongoing communication and relationship management.
In This Role You Will:- Take inbound calls from investors interested in mortgage financing.
- Follow up with existing leads via calls, emails, and texts.
- Evaluate loan applications and supporting financial documentation.
- Structure financing options for investment properties using DFS products.
- Communicate regularly with borrowers to provide updates and guide them through the process.
Requirements:- Comfortable on the phone and motivated by closing deals.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Dependable and reliable with consistent work ethic.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Energetic, persistent, and open to coaching and feedback.
