We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes adverse action data for policy and legal compliance
  • Meets established timelines and deadlines for ECOA Regulation
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline adverse action policies
  • Processes and prepare all outgoing mail for each business day
  • Consistently meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Specific Qualifications:

  • Understanding of ECOA Compliance Regulations.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to process and review high volumes of data, ensuring complete accuracy across various fields
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and typing.
