We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Mortgage Closer opportunity with a large, publicly traded mortgage client. The firm offers a comprehensive platform focused on U.S. mortgage production, servicing, and related investments, with a strong culture centered on helping millions of Americans achieve homeownership.

The Mortgage Closer will be responsible for supporting the Closing function across multiple channels, ensuring timely loan closings while following efficient processes and meeting customer service goals.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Preparing closing documents, including balancing the Initial and Final Closing Disclosur.
  • Being detail-oriented while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Actively engaging with various parties involved in the transaction, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses.
  • Executing daily work queues and escalating issues as needed.
  • Performing other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Demonstrating behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and values.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Closing experience preferred; mortgage industry experience required.
  • Understanding of investor requirements and regulatory standards.
Pay Rate Range: $45,000 - $66,000 a year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
