This role supports mortgage operations by assisting Mortgage Bankers with customer, builder, and realtor interactions during loan applications.
It helps increase regional loan production, tracks loan progress, and answers customer inquiries regarding files and underwriting.
The position requires attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, experience with FHA, conventional, and government loans preferred, and excellent communication and PC skills.
Must complete annual compliance training and work in a secure, reliable home office environment if telecommuting.
Travel may be needed for meetings, and the work is based in Atlanta, GA.
