Description
As a Mortgage Area Manager, you will manage and direct Producing Sales Managers and loan officers to attain sales, service, and CRA goals in generating residential mortgage loans that are in accordance with established standards, policies/procedures and regulations. You will be responsible for the development of a marketing and business plan for the group and serving as a CMC representative to the realtor community, Citizens customers, homebuyers, homeowners, and not-for-profit agencies. You will manage relationship with the Bank for his/her respective market (in footprint only). Enhance branch referrals by developing relationships through branch visitation and ongoing communication regarding product changes, market conditions and competition.

Required Qualifications
10 plus years Residential Mortgage Sales experience.
7 plus years management experience in Mortgage Sales environment.
Strong communication skills required.
Individual must be prepared to insure understanding of and support for all corporate and division performance standards and fiscal goals.
Have the proven ability to recruit top Loan Officer's for assigned region.
Successful candidate must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
