Key Responsibilities

•       Oversee all DFPS Minimum Standards compliance, conduct daily grounds checks, coordinate with the Groundskeeper, and ensure the school consistently exceeds inspection standards with zero infractions. DFPS Compliance:
•       Maintain the school supply inventory and place orders for delivery or coordinate with the Director for items that must be purchased in person. Supplies & Inventory:
•       Manage the school’s Google Calendars (events, time-off requests, staff birthdays, etc.), send timely reminders to staff and parents, and produce a monthly events newsletter in collaboration with the Staffing Coordinator. Calendars & Communications:

•       Manage the daily staffing schedule and ensure all shifts are covered. A work phone is provided; some coordination may occur outside of standard hours. Staffing Schedule:

•       Occasional evenings or weekends for events, professional development, parent nights, or project deadlines

This is a salaried position. Strong time management is essential — work must be completed regardless of how long it takes. Please only apply if you have a demonstrated track record of managing competing priorities effectively.
