Responsible for continuously monitoring patients and actively responding and intervening to ensure patient safety. Proactively alerts nurses and other caregivers in an effort to prevent adverse events, including:
• Patient falls • Patient elopement • Patient safety • Visitor monitoring from a remote centralized monitoring station.
