The Associate Scientist II role in Molecular & Cellular Biology involves supporting large molecule/biologics development through testing samples under cGMP guidelines.

Performs laboratory techniques such as mammalian cell culture, sterile techniques, cell-based assays, ELISA, molecular biology methods, binding assessments, and flow cytometry.
Follows SOPs meticulously, trains on methods, and conducts sample testing activities adhering to cGMP standards.
Maintains accurate documentation, supports method development, and ensures safety and compliance in lab operations.
Requires a Bachelor’s in Life or Physical Sciences, with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills. No prior experience needed.
Works effectively under pressure, with flexibility to multitask and adapt as needed.
