The position is for a Molecular Biologist responsible for designing and executing molecular cloning, nucleic acid isolation, plasmid construction, protein purification, and related procedures.
They will support target validation and antibody discovery efforts by developing relevant tools, staying current with advanced molecular biology techniques, and applying them to projects.
The role includes supervising junior team members, providing scientific expertise, training, and collaborating with colleagues to advance research.
The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Molecular Biology, with experience in mammalian cell culture, PCR, qPCR, construct design, flow cytometry, and CRISPR.
Additional skills include experimental design, data analysis, and teamwork.
Experience with molecular modeling software is a plus.
