We are looking for a Molding Operator I to join our team in Huntsville AL. In this role youll support the production of high-volume STERLING Vikrell tubs and showers at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Crafting Excellence
Your Responsibilities
Remove SMC material from storage containers and prepare it for molding cutting stripping poly folding and stacking.
Load SMC charges into presses and remove molded parts after processing.
Assist with cleaning mold cavities and deflashing molded parts for next operations.
Transport defective parts to the rework area.
Assemble cartons and packaging components assist with packaging and accessory assembly as directed.
Follow all plant safety policies and perform assigned housekeeping and 5S duties.
Maintain compliance with all applicable SOPs LOPs policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor.

Heres the qualifications we are looking for
Key Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operate industrial machinery.
Novice computer skills.
Ability to perform SAP production and material movement transactions.
Basic math capability.
Identify and make adjustments to programs.
Be flexible in work hours and shifts - come in early or stay over for needed shift coverage.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
