SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a Mold Maker for a client in Blue Island, IL. The Mold Maker is responsible for the entire molding process including; equipment set-up, reading and following specifications, inspecting molds, and delivering finished products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($21/hr.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shift: 5:00am-1:30pm Monday-FridayResponsibilities of the Mold Maker
Plaster patching
Building wood boxes
Mixing and pouring molding rubber
Cross-train for tasks such as concrete casing and painting
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications of the Mold Maker
Attention to detail, such as dimensions and alignment
Ability to evaluate various shapes and corresponding molds
Fast learner who is comfortable training for multiple duties
Background in mold making preferred, but not required
