Duties to Include:
Supervision and Coordination of MOHs staffManagement of clinical, administrative, and operational functionsRecruiting, training, and counseling personnelEnsuring quality patient careSchedule surgeries and treatmentsMaintain OSHA compliance
Other Duties to include:
Assist in surgical procedures, including Mohs surgery and surgical excisions
Assist physician in providing quality care to surgery patientsMaintain patient medical recordsReview patient medical historyObtain appropriate consentsCall in prescriptionsPerform patient call backsAssist with scheduling surgeries and administrative tasksScreening patients and employees daily upon entryChecking patients In and OutRooming patients and keeping social distancing guidelinesWearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Sanitizing and cleaning respective areas as needed
Requirements include:
CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT PREFERREDSurgical or Mohs Experience PREFERREDCurrent CPR certificationKnowledge of vital signsWorking knowledge of dermatologic surgery and sterile techniqueMust be a team player and dedicated to patient careMust be able to function in a fast-paced work environment
