Job Title: Team Leader – Modification Center - 3rd shift

Primary Activities/Duties:

  • Ensure labor and materials are available to meet production schedules and customer demand.
  • Achieve and exceed targets for quality, productivity, uptime, on-time delivery, and cost.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment following 5S principles.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-training of workers.
  • Actively contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through active engagement with peers, supervisors, and management.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in assembly operations required; leadership experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic 5S and lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.

  • Wear safety-toed footwear
  • Safety glasses with side shields
  • Hearing protection
  • Other PPE as required.

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing and warehouse areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
  • Fast-paced production environment requiring adaptability and multitasking.
