TWO ROLES, ONE AMAZING COMPANY
Cabana Boys Party Hosts for Bachelorette Parties, Bachelor Parties & Group Trips No bartending experience needed just confidence, charm, and great energy. You'll serve drinks, lead games, keep the vibes high, and help create unforgettable celebrations. Think: the ultimate party sidekick. We're looking for men who are magnetic, fun, and born to entertain.
The Cocktail Crew Male & Female Bartenders for Private Events You'll serve beer, wine, and cocktails at weddings, corporate events, and private parties. We're looking for professional, personable bartenders male and female with at least 2 years of experience. Bonus points if you're interested in leading cocktail classes, a new service we're launching soon.
What You'll Do
- Be the vibe curator lead games, engage guests, and keep energy high all night
- Serve like a pro bartend with professionalism, keep your station clean
- Show up ready confident, friendly, well-groomed, and on time
- Create 5-star experiences from bachelorette pool parties to upscale soir es
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, magnetic energy you can command a room and make anyone feel welcome
- Bartending experience 2+ years required for The Cocktail Crew; none required for Cabana Boys
- 21+ only
- Reliable transportation you'll travel to private venues
- Weekend availability most events run Friday Sunday
- Bartending certification (TIPS/ServSafe) preferred but not required at hire; must obtain if hired (quick 4-hour process)
- Professionalism strong communication, punctuality, and good judgment
- Social media comfort you should be at ease being photographed and tagged during events
