Fleet Repair Solutions is seeking a skilled Mobile Tractor–Trailer Technician to support medium‑ and heavy‑duty fleet operations in Jonestown, PA. This is a mobile, hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in quality repairs, safety, and dependable service.

Pay & Incentives

• Up to $38.00 per hour
• Overtime opportunities available
• Monthly performance bonus potential - up to $12,000 annually

Position Overview

In this mobile position, you'll be responsible for inspecting and repairing trailers to ensure equipment remains safe, compliant, and ready for service. Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing trailer issues in the field
• Using tools, technology, and software to manage work orders and document repairs
• Following safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Working independently while coordinating with a reliable support team

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of trailer maintenance experience
• CDL preferred, but not required
• Clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing work correctly
