Field Repairs: Perform Base Level (B/C) repairs and maintenance at customer locations.
Digital Workflow: Use tablets to perform Repair Order write-ups, complete Multi-Point Inspections, and close out orders.
Technical Research: Access PTS for vehicle capacities and specifications, and monitor OASIS for open FSAs.
Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize scan tools (IDS, FDRS) to program modules, perform DTC retrieval, and interpret PIDs.
Technical Skill: Basic electrical knowledge and proficiency with scan tools.
Soft Skills: You are a computer-savvy, personable, and organized communicator with a consumer-centric mindset.
Coach-ability: A quality-driven attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new Ford/dealer technologies.

Agility: Ability to bend, squat, and work under vehicles or lay on the ground.
Mobility: Easily and repetitively transition from a prone to a standing position.
Strength: Physical capability to lift tires from a crouching position; some repairs may require lifting between 75 and 100 lbs.
