Mobile Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Customer Intake & Scheduling: Manage booking for mobile technician fleets, coordinating time slots and gathering vehicle details over the phone or via digital channels.
On-site Logistics: Plan technician routes, ensuring teams have the necessary parts, diagnostic tools, and materials to complete jobs off-site.
Diagnostics & Estimating: Communicate vehicle issues identified by technicians, translate complex mechanical terms into plain language, and prepare detailed cost and time estimates.
Authorization & Billing: Secure customer approval for necessary repairs, process payments, and handle warranty validations.
- Status Updates: Provide proactive communication to customers regarding the progress of their mobile service or repair.
