At Olympus Solutions, we’re seeking driven individuals to join our expanding team as Mobile Sales Associates to support our in-person customer acquisition campaign.
The Mobile Sales Associate role is an entry level, face-to-face sales position which is focused on promoting and enrolling customers into the federal LifeLine Program’s wireless services. In this role, the Mobile Sales Associate will interact directly with customers at assigned retail locations, community sites, and outreach events to explain products and services, available mobile plans and answer questions, and complete new customer enrolments.
This role is designed for individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers in person, educating them on mobile service plans, wireless services and working in a performance -driven sales environment. As a Mobile Sales Associate, you will receive professional entry level training to build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and develop a successful foundation in mobile sales and service.
Mobile Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:
Interact directly, face- to -face with customers at assigned retail locations, community outreach sites, or even based setups to promote mobile devices, service plans, and accessories
Identify customer needs and present personalized TrueConnect wireless service plans, mobile devices and sales recommendations directly to customers
Participate in ongoing product and sales training sessions for Mobile Sales Associate training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and selling strategies
Complete customer enrollments and submit required documentation as part of the Mobile Sales Associate sales process
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales transactions
Stay up to date on the latest wireless trends, promotions, and technology releases
Collaborate with your entry level Mobile Sales Associate team to achieve and exceed sales goals and company objectives
Represent Olympus Solutions professionally while actively working to generate new customer activations
What we are Looking For In A Mobile Sales Associate:
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in sales, retail, telecommunications, or a related customer-facing role preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
A positive attitude and drive to learn in an entry level environment
Confidence in presenting and promoting products to customers
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to group sales goals
