Vehicle Inventory Porter & Dealership Photographer


Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or until work is completed)
Route: Vacaville, Fairfield & surrounding areas
Pay: $24.00+/hour (base pay + per-vehicle photo payout)


About the Role


Pro-MotionPix is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Porter & Photographer to help local dealerships showcase their inventory online. In this full-time role, you’ll travel between dealership locations to photograph, video, and manage vehicle inventory using a company-issued iPhone and our in-house app.


This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and takes pride in producing high-quality, consistent work.


What You’ll Do


  •  Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle 
  •  Locate, move, and stage vehicles for photo and video sessions 
  •  Capture high-quality photos, spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone 
  •  Confirm VINs and verify inventory details before uploading 
  •  Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle availability and readiness 
  •  Maintain an efficient workflow to ensure inventory is updated and live online

You’ll be a great fit if you:


  •  Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license 
  •  Are comfortable driving automatic vehicles (manual is a plus) 
  •  Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions 
  •  Are dependable, organized, and self-motivated 
  •  Have strong communication and problem-solving skills 
  •  Take pride in accuracy, quality, and consistency 
  •  Are comfortable with technology and eager to learn 
  •  Bring a professional, customer-focused mindset 
Requirements


  •  Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license 
  •  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 
  •  Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and entering data 
  •  Ability to perform physical tasks (moving and staging vehicles) 
  •  Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
