Beautify is looking for Nail Technicians to provide clients with on-location/mobile manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

Requirements
- Managing all bookings through the Beautify app.
- Being on time for all appointments and performing services within the time allotted.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Listening to the needs of clients to determine their preferences.
- Handling client questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Adhering to all standards for client service and cleanliness.
- Cleaning all client-provided workspace at the end of the appointment.
- Demonstrating your personal style while adhering to the Beautify dress code.
- Showing consideration for the comfort of clients by practicing good hygiene and limiting excessive scents (i.e., smoke, perfume, etc.).
- Evaluating the condition of the client’s nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
- Providing nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel, and acrylic applications, with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation.
- Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients based on their preferences.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all products and be informed of the latest trends in nail care services and techniques.
- Regularly attending, participating in, and supporting training and staff meetings.
- Participating in all sales, promotions, and brand-building events.
- Performing other job-related duties as requested.
Essentials for Success
- State manicurist/cosmetologist license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work without direct supervision (self-motivated).
- Capability to use mobile apps and other technology to view scheduled appointments, attend meetings, and complete other job-related tasks as required.
- Willingness to work as a team.
- Proven experience working as a nail technician.
- In-depth knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Understanding of health and safety rules.
- Reliable transportation.
