Nail Technician Opportunity

Beautify is looking for nail technicians to provide clients with on-location/mobile manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Requirements:

• Managing all bookings through the Beautify app.
• Being on time for all appointments and performing services within the time allotted.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Listening to the needs of clients to determine their preferences.
• Handling client questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Adhering to all standards for client service and cleanliness.
• Cleaning all client-provided workspace at the end of the appointment.
• Demonstrating your personal style while adhering to the Beautify dress code.
• Showing consideration for the comfort of clients by practicing good hygiene and limiting excessive scents (i.e., smoke, perfume, etc.).
• Evaluating the condition of the client's nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
• Providing nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel, and acrylic applications, with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation.
• Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients based on their preferences.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and be informed of the latest trends in nail care services and techniques.
• Regularly attending, participating in, and supporting training and staff meetings.
• Participating in all sales, promotions, and brand-building events.
• Performing other job-related duties as requested.

Essentials for success:

• State manicurist/cosmetologist license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision (self-motivated).
• Capability to use mobile apps and other technology to view scheduled appointments, attend meetings, and complete other job-related tasks as required.
• Willingness to work as a team.
• Proven experience working as a nail technician.
• In-depth knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Understanding of health and safety rules.
• Reliable transportation.
