Mobile Hydraulics and 12V Systems Installer

Your mission: wire, plumb, and commission electrohydraulic systems on heavy-duty, truck-mounted equipment and aerial devices—safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Impact you’ll make

• Build end-to-end hydraulic circuits: install pumps, valves, cylinders, reservoirs, PTOs, hoses, fittings, actuators, and filtration
• Assemble and wire 12V electrical systems, generators, and power connections
• Read/interpret hydraulic schematics, electrical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
• Execute pressure/flow testing, calibration, and startup on new equipment
• Troubleshoot and correct hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
• Fabricate and install brackets and mounting hardware
• Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and soldering tools; use gauges and test devices
• Document installations, tests, and repairs with precision
• Maintain safety standards and an orderly work area
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and peers to drive throughput

What you bring

• 2–5 years in hydraulic installation, electrical assembly, equipment maintenance, or related manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Fluency in reading hydraulic/electrical schematics
• Knowledge of industrial wiring, automotive electrical systems, and hydraulic components
• Experience with diagnostic/testing equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred: forklift and overhead crane experience
• Plus: CDL Class B or willingness to obtain
• Preferred: technical degree, vocational training, or apprenticeship
